What should I expect from our Session?
Fun! Expect lots of fun. My main goal is to create a stress-free shoot. Don't expect perfection or every shot where everyone is looking at the camera. Once we get a few posed pictures out of the way, that's when the fun really begins. I want to capture real experiences and emotions.
My favorite shots are when I'm capturing your own interactions as if I'm not even there. Don't worry, I will guide you along and help you get the best looks!
What kind of location is best?
Tough question! I have lots of great locations. Many times I am drawn to open fields, as we can interact with the land around us. This allows children to roam around and explore.
As we begin planning your session, we will talk about what fits best for you and your family.
How long to receive my gallery from session date?
Turnaround time for completed galleries is about 2 to 3 weeks. This also depends on the season and my peak busy season. I will always keep you updated about the timeline.
Weddings take about 8 to 10 weeks for a completed gallery.
How will I receive my gallery?
All images are delivered via an online service. You will receive access to your gallery for one year for your convenience. Uploads of expired galleries, additional photos, additional edits, or USB copies may be subject to additional fees.
Wedding photos will be delivered via USB due to the volume of images you will receive.
How far in advance should I book for best availabity?
I usually book out at least a month in advance. Weekends book very quickly and recommend booking those about 2 months in advance.
When should maternity portraits be taken?
The sweet spot is between 30 to 34 weeks!
